Returns Policy

Important Notice

  • Returns are not free; the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Conditions for Returns

You may return your order within 30 days of receipt if:

  1. The product is in original condition, including all parts, components, and original packaging.

  2. The product shows normal handling only; damage due to improper handling will not be accepted.

  3. Items requiring hygiene must be thoroughly cleaned before returning.

  4. The product was received defective or damaged (report immediately).

We reserve the right to refuse returns if items appear used or damaged by the customer.

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Email our customer support at support@tahiofficial.com with:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos if the item is damaged

    • Your full name

    • Your address

  2. Wait for our response. We will provide you with the correct return shipping address. Do not send returns directly to the original sender.

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items by clearly informing us via email.

  • Because orders are processed automatically, cancellations cannot occur once shipping begins.

  • If your order is already in transit, wait for it to arrive, then proceed with a return.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days.

  • Refunds exclude original delivery costs.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used unless otherwise agreed upon.

For faster processing, please send us a shipping confirmation once your return is dispatched.

Return Shipping

All returned items must be shipped to our central warehouse. Return shipping expenses are the customer's responsibility.
